Graduate qualification

Every people who has finish their study on broadcasting engineering MM diploma program will get a subject of skill and knowledge about general electronics, radio and television transmitter, radio and television announcing studio system, tools to develop the multimedia content (:animation 2D/3D, editing picture/video, the usage of camera, lighting, etc), and broadcasting by the internet networking. That’s why, the under graduate student from multimedia broadcasting engineering will be able to involved in operating and maintenance the broadcasting facility and all the radio or television station, or in the other media industry. For example, terms of reference that able to handle in a radio or television station are:

- Maintaining the studio facility and announcing equipment.

- Installing and changing the broadcasting’s equipment.

- Configurations the broadcasting’s software

- Guarantee the quality of announcing output

- Supervising the technical things in broadcasting surface.

The jobs below are able to handle carefully by every under graduate students because they will able to have comprehensions for:

1. Demonstrated their broadcasting engineering ability with the good theoretical understanding.

2. Analyze and plan the solution of the technical problems that might be faced.

3. Transferring and practicing the theoretical concepts, technical abilities, and their creativities to the working life.

Broadcasting technician should be able to installing, testing, maintaining, and repairing the equipments on a radio or television station such transmitter, microphone, mixing desk, tape recorder, CD player, computer, camera television, etc. Generally the details of this job are:

� Checking out whether the equipment has working properly or not.

� Learning the report to find out the damage and talk to the operator to get the specific data about the damage.

� Fixing the damage, such as the wiring connection and the broken terminal by re soldering the cable connection.

� find out which part or component that might be damaged by using the electronic measuring equipment, and then replacing it with the appropriate one.

� Checking out for the output power, frequency and modulation by using the appropriate measuring equipment.

� Checking out the functional of the equipments, such as, antenna, remote control, and another studio’s equipment.
